I grew up in a family business and learned early responsibility and entrepreneurship. Started my own UF company in high school. After high school I wanted to try different professions and have over 12 years of work experience from both sales and healthcare (field sales, retailers, telemarketing team leader, student assistant, personal assistant) before my university studies within cognitive science and information design.
My experience in healthcare has given me great insight into working with people and gave me a good understanding of the situation for different individuals. Maybe thats why I have a big intrest and understanding of digital accessibility. Helping people is my motto. As a UX designer, I can combine my interest in people along with technology that has always interested me.
I have both a user and business perspective when I work with tools and processes to reach set goals and deliver content structure, feeds and wireframes or prototypes.
Since I´m eager to learn more about HCI (human, computer, interaction) I was a board member of STIMDI during 2018. I was responsible for creating events for our members who are active in topics related to interaction design, user experience, HCI and digital accessibility.

The role of a User Experience Designer requires understanding the users, creating and validating concepts and taking them from prototype-phase and minimum-viable product to full scale front-end solution implementation. It requires that you can convert user studies, user evaluations and usability requirements into concepts and have good understanding of back-end, as well as business needs.
- "Very knowledgeable and driven regarding UX and Accessibility. When Linda takes upon an assignment in any of these areas, it is known that the result is both well-developed and well-documented.
- briefed and updated in
the areas she commits. What she do not know about UX and Accessibility, she quickly finds out. Either by reading or by consulting those who have specialist knowledge in a particular area.
- fun to work with and at the same time very thoughtful and insightful. Linda's strength is to listen and analyze. Many UXs believe to be able to provide answers, but Linda instead takes into account facts through her open attitude and analytical ability. I worked with Linda for just over a year just in these two areas, and now that she is no longer at the Employment Service, it is obvious that we lost an important resource."
Ilias Bennani, Accessibility Lead, Senior Web developer & UX at Arbetsförmedlingen.

Linda has natural project leader qualities. She easily percept challenges, problems, needs and possibilities in the context and delegates to person with right skillset when needed.
Linda is communicative, committed, initiative and driving. She put extra efforts to accessibility and issues she values important for sustainable society and world.
It is a pleasure to work with Linda, due to her big heart and her warm personality, which creates a pleasant and joyful team feeling."
